How many microneedling treatments do I need?
The number of microneedling treatments needed will depend on several factors, including the individual's skin concerns, the severity of the issues being addressed, and the desired results. In general, most people will require a series of 3-6 monthly treatments to achieve their desired results. For mild skin concerns, such as minor acne scarring or fine lines, 3-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart may be sufficient. For more severe skin concerns, such as deep wrinkles or severe acne scarring, 6 or more treatments may be necessary.

What do I need to do before microneedling?
It is recommended to discontinue the use of retinol serums or other drying acne products for 48 hours prior to a microneedling session. Additionally, it's recommended to avoid other skin treatments such as fillers or chemical peels for 10 days before and after a microneedling session.

What is the aftercare for microneedling?
For 24 hours after the procedure, avoid sun exposure, makeup, strenuous exercise and swimming. Your skin will be red the rest of the day and may feel similar to a sunburn.
